Author Bio

Sean Madden is a Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI), a Certified Elevator Technician Supervisor (CETS) and a Certified Accessibility & Private Residence Lift Technician Supervisor (CATS). He is currently licensed in Florida, Kentucky and Indiana. He has been trained in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). Sean has chaired the Certification Board for NAEC. He is currently a board member on the Elevator Contractor Council (ECC) and is now the president of NAEC as of September 2023.
